Made to order, then sent your way
Our apparel is made to order. Production begins after your purchase is confirmed, which helps us reduce waste and create each item specifically for you.
Delivery estimates
The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the best estimate for your destination and selected shipping method. Current standard checkout estimates may show approximately 4–10 business days for some U.S. destinations, such as Ohio.
Because production location, destination, carrier conditions, weekends, and holidays can affect timing, this range is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Please use the estimate displayed during checkout as the most accurate timing for your order.
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and your packages may arrive on different days.
