Choose your size with confidence
Each apparel product page includes garment measurements and fit guidance for that specific shirt or hoodie. For the best match, compare those measurements with a similar item you already own before ordering.
Size-related returns
If the size you ordered isn’t right, contact us within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return instructions and applicable shipping label.
Exchanges
We don’t process direct size swaps. The fastest way to get the size you need is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new size after your return is accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and make it right.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
